Last week when we stayed at The Proper Hotel, we had this incredible Mediterranean board that was to die for! I’m so obsessed with it that I order it every time we stay there! So, you know I had to recreate it and make my own version! It’s perfect to have in your arsenal for a quick, easy and tasty dish that impresses.
