I know a lot of us are hoping to create some healthy habits this year. I, for one, am focusing on clean eating and moving my body more… who else is looking forward to a reset?! One thing that helps me stay on track is starting the day (or midday) with a smoothie. Not only is it healthy and delicious, but it helps me get in those greens. Plus, you can add some protein, collagen or chia seeds - really anything you like!
