If you’re thinking of escaping the May Gray/ June Gloom, there's no better escape than a short trip to Palm Springs especially for us SoCal residents! It’s just a quick 2 hr drive and great for anything from a girls, family trip or romantic getaway, you pick! If you follow me on IG then you saw that my girls and I escaped a few weeks ago for some girl time so I thought I’d share our itinerary and a few more favorites for your future planning! I’ll be honest; going in the May-August months is not for the faint, it’s HOT! But we love it; it means endless poolside days (ie forced relaxation) & quiet dinners during what is technically the off season. Join me as I share my PS favorites from where to shop, where to stay and eat and of course what to wear!
Serg and I will be heading up the coast to Seattle in a couple weeks and we hope to do a little more travel this year in general, so I have a fun his and hers travel style post for you girls today! You’re always asking to see more of Serg’s outfits, so here’s how we travel in style together - don’t you just love our matching sneaks?! ;) Let me know what you girls think!
Hello from Cabo! If you girls don’t already know, I’m here shooting my new Amazon the Drop Collection! I cannot wait for you to see it because it’s goood - think all things resort wear chic! Until then though, I wanted to share a few things that I brought to Cabo with me. I bought a new tote bag that I’ve been loving lately, as well as some swim. So, if you’re planning a beach getaway or are just ready for spring and summer fashion (aren’t we all?!) then here’s what I packed for Cabo!
As you girls know, this was only our second year skiing but we’ve LOVED these family trips so much that we've made it a point of visiting a new ski town/mountain each trip. This time, we decided to visit Deer Valley AND I have to say it's my favorite location so far! First of all, it’s an easy flight for us from San Diego which is great for a family of four. It is bustling with great restaurants and shopping, is SOOOO charming AND since we are new to the sport, there is a lot of green (the easiest) ski runs for beginners. There are SO many mountains and resorts connected that it makes it fun to ski from one place to another and it is GORGEOUS! So, in case you’re thinking of visiting too, here’s a brief recap of everything we did.
If you follow me on IGS then you know I’m heading to Deer Valley for a family ski trip. I’m super excited because we’re all getting better at skiing which means I’ve been slowly accumulating gear for the slopes and après ski of course! I’ve gotten the layering down to a science - because you girls know I hate to be cold - and I got a ton of questions from you guys, so I wanted to share my full list of ski must-haves…
A couple months ago, I took a trip for the first time to Finland and I have to say, the entire experience was INCREDIBLE! To be honest, I didn’t really know what to expect… I hadn’t done much research, so when I got the opportunity to visit, I figured why not?! Finland ended up being one of the most memorable trips I’ve ever taken, and I absolutely want to visit again! I would highly recommend visiting Finland and if it’s not on your bucket list already, then it totally should be! So, I’m recapping everything I did and where I stayed in case you want to plan a trip of a lifetime!
If you follow me on IG then you know I recently took a trip of a lifetime to Finland - and I learned a thing or two about how to dress for cold weather! Don’t worry, I’ll be doing a full blog post on my trip - it was absolutely incredible and I highly recommend adding it to your bucket list! But, to be honest, I was super unprepared for the freezing cold temps, so I want to save you girls from making the same mistakes as I did! So, if you’re planning on traveling this winter but still want to look après ski chic, then here’s everything you’ll want to take with you…
A few weeks ago, Serg and I celebrated our 14th anniversary in Cabo. It was an absolutely incredible trip (just the two of us) and we enjoyed every second of it! We stayed at Nobu Los Cabos which was the most stunning resort - I cannot say enough good things! But even more exciting, some might say, were the outfits I wore during our trip. You know I can’t resist a good resort wear moment, and I may have packed a few too many suitcases (Serg would agree) but I’m a fashionista at heart! I shared a few sneak peeks with you girls on IG, so here’s everything else you didn’t see me wear in Cabo. Let me know which outfit is your fave!
Serg and I just celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary! Since we wanted to do something special, we decided to book a trip to Cabo just the two of us. We stayed at Nobu Los Cabos which was the most amazing resort - I cannot say enough good things! So, I had to pick up some new luggage and travel accessories for our trip, and I found some of the cutest things from Walmart. They have some really affordable and chic suitcases and cosmetic bags that make staying organized while traveling so much easier. So, if you want to know what I took with me to Cabo, then keep reading!
If you follow me on IGS then you know my family and I took a trip to Maui. We hadn’t been to Maui in years, so we weren't sure what to expect. It was as beautiful as I remembered and always perfect with family! We had such an amazing time, so I wanted to write a full review of our trip and share our experience with you ladies. So, if you’re planning a trip soon or hope to go in the future, keep reading for all my recommendations!
Okay ladies… I’m going to Maui!! It feels surreal because I haven’t been on am actual vacation in what seems like FOREVER so I can’t wait to actually get away! Serg and I absolutely love Maui, and this trip is exactly what we need to unwind and decompress - it’s been quite the year hasn’t it?! As things start to reopen again, I know a lot of you are planning your next tropical vacays as well (or dreaming about them), so I’m sharing everything I packed to help you get summer travel ready!
