My Jewelry Collection with Parpala Is Here!

I'm BEYOND excited to announce that my collection with Parpala is finally here! This collection was born from a long friendship with Patricia and love for the quality and value of Parpala Jewelry. It’s the brand that is consistent in my styling, and the one that I will always reach for. I wear her pieces in the shower, to the beach and pool, and her attention to detail, quality and wearability are what made this a natural partnership. We put our hearts and souls into this collection, and hope you love it as much as we do!

I knew I wanted to mix metals; silver with gold because it's something I've always done and because to me, it gives so much warmth and interest to jewelry. The sterling silver will age beautifully to look like a beloved vintage piece, and the gold is high quality 14K filled which will last forever. Love that!

As far as the significance of the collection; a big inspiration was the ocean and everything it signifies for me. My father was a fisherman, sailor and dock man. He dedicated his life to the ocean and it was where he was the most happy. My earliest memories were on the Mediterranean Sea, from learning to swim with him on the ocean breaks, to sailing together, to visiting the docks... the ocean has always been a big part of my life and something he loved so dearly and grounded our family. He had a giant anchor tattooed on his arm, and I now have a small anchor on my wrist to always remind me of him and to always anchor me to what's important. His middle name was "Nel" hence the namesake of that special coin piece. We created this unique, one-of-a-kind compass surrounded by rope to really help you find your way to your north, whatever or wherever that may be.

This collection is all things my heart and pieces that I hope will bring you joy. There is weight to them for a reason, I wanted them to ground you and be standout pieces amongst the rest. You'll also notice most of the pieces are Spanish names in honor of my Latin/Spanish heritage: the Natalia ring after my mother, the Nel coin after my father’s middle name, the Suyapa earrings my first name, the Simone huggie after my daughter, the Lucila necklace my full middle name, La Luna Negra the black moon, La Catalana for my childhood growing up in Barcelona in the Barcelonetta (the small fisherman beach neighborhood I grew up in).
