Fitness Gear for Your At-Home Workout

My fitness has been lacking a bit the last 6 or so months, to say the least, so one of my goals this year is to move my body more. Whether that’s going for more walks, doing reformer Pilates (one of my personal faves) or working out at home, I want to make my fitness a priority this year… who’s with me?!

I don’t know about you but nothing motivates me more than some cute new fitness gear to get my booty in gear! Working out at home has become the new norm, so why not invest in some at-home workout essentials? You don’t need a ton of space - just enough for a mat and some weights! I’m hoping this will make it so there’s no excuses when it comes to sticking with a workout plan! So, I figured I’d share everything I’m shopping for in case you have similar goals or just want to make your at-home gym space a little more chic!

One thing that’s a total game changer when it comes to at-home workouts is an extra large mat like this one. It comes in different sizes depending on how big your space is, but it’s larger than a yoga mat which I like. I keep it under my bed or behind one of my closet doors and just roll out to do my workouts! Another thing I recommend is rather than having your weights on the floor, I really like a small weight rack to keep things organized - plus, how cute are these gold weights - talk about chic!

A few other things I like to have at home are some fitness bands and ankle weights - you’d be surprised at how good of a workout you get with just these! I’ll even wear them on walks!
