Spring 2021 Trends I'm Digging

It’s official, spring is finally here and I have to say, I’m loving some of this season’s trends! I’ll be updating my closet with some staple pieces that I can mix into my wardrobe, but only with items that are flattering and versatile - of course! So, if you’re curious as to what I’m shopping for this spring, keep scrolling for the trends that I’m totally digging.

White Blazers - Alright this one is a given, especially for me! You girls know I love a blazer moment - I even wrote this post on how to transition a blazer into spring - but I’m seeing white blazers like this everywhere right now. So, of course I’m here for it! You can style a white blazer SO many different ways: with jeans, shorts, skirts… honestly I could go on and on about how versatile a white blazer is.

Loose High Rise Jeans - While I’m still a fan of skinny jeans, loose high rise jeans are so much more modern. If you’re not sure how to update your jean selection for spring, check out this post. I shared all my favorite denim trends… spoiler alert - high rise loose jeans aren’t going anywhere anytime soon! But there’s definitely a loose, casual and almost 1995’s look to the jeans trending at the moment. I like to balance things out on top with something tucked in, at least up front, to feel pulled together.

Padded & Quilted Sandals - I’m honestly obsessed with this trend, especially in white and neutral tones. You can never have too many pairs of sandals, and a quilted pair like this just elevates your outfit. I recently shared these slides on IGS and raved about them - they feel like you’re walking on clouds! Is there anything better than a trend that is actually comfortable? These padded mules are also gorgeous and I know I’d get a ton of wear out of them. If you’re not fully on board with the trend, the quilted variety feels more of a ‘classic’ to me or at least a toned down version of the two looks.

Spring Knits - I’ll admit, I have a love affair with all things knit. So, when I see a pastel or loose, open knit that can be worn over a tank or swimsuit with cut-offs, I immediately add it to my cart! I’m eyeing this sweater for spring, and I recently added this one to my collection - LOVE the baby blue color and pastels entirely for Spring 2021. A light sweater is perfect when the weather is transitioning. You can layer it, pair it with jeans or even shorts.
