Home Decor Favs Under $150

Lucy’s Whims Interior Design

If you’ve been following along with my home journey you know it’s been a labor of love…let’s just say along the way there have been a few hiccups like accidentally ordering the wrong couch 🙉, super delayed patio furniture, and so much more. But through it all I can’t help but smile when I see my house come together! There’s something so satisfying and fun about decorating your space, don’t you think?

The only drag about decorating or re-decorating your home is the prices! Of course there’s some things in your house that you will have to splurge on but during my interior process I’ve learned to spend on bigger items and save on smaller things like decor. And let’s be honest, we all like to swap out throw pillows and blankets, sculptures, and candles so saving on these items will make you feel less guilty when you grow out of that look. Now-a-days there’s so many great decor pieces that look way more luxe than the price tag they come with from stores like CB2, Crate & Barrel, West Elm, Bloomist, Society6, and so on. Today I’m sharing my home decor favs under $150 for you girls to spruce up your space without breaking the bank. This is a great post to bookmark and come back to from time to time when you want to change things up in your home!

Styling Your Coffee Table Books

Chic coffee table books are a must in every home. Not only are they perfect to style on coffee tables, shelves, or even entryway tables, they’re also a great conversation piece when hosting guests! To match my interior style, I tend to stick to neutral colors when shopping for coffee table books so I can style them anywhere around the house.

Dried Florals I Love

Dried florals, sage bundles, and palo santo wood are all cost effective ways to add some texture into your home without spending $$ weekly on fresh flowers or greenery.

Edgy Sculptural Pieces

Another way to add in texture is by styling edgy sculptural pieces in your home! I love these bowls, vases, and sculptures and all under $150! I suggest buying at different heights to ensure there’s dimension!

Cozy Up With These Chunky Knit Blankets

Just pretend it’s not a million degrees outside right now and imagine yourself under these super comfy chunky knits. Who else is excited for fall?! They look good tossed over a couch, In a cute basket, at the end of the bed!

Chic Throw Pillows

I love a good throw pillow! If you’re ever feeling tired of a room in your house (or even a piece of furniture) try swapping out your throw pillows for a little bit of change. Promise it will change the vibe of the entire room! It’s probably the most affordable way to change up a room! And i try to buy in similar color palette so that I can move them around all over the house!

Neutral Wall Art

Wall art is another decor must have but committing to a pricey piece is soo hard! That’s why I love to shop for prints on Society6 and Etsy…just type in the type of art you’re looking for and you’ll find tons of options at different price points.
