What I Wore In Palm Springs

Here in San Diego we’re still totally shut down from COVID…what about you ladies? I would love to hear where you’re from! Since the beginning of these crazy times a few of my girlfriends and I + our families decided to quarantine together which turned out to be the best decision ever! We traveled to the Grand Canyon and Sedona together (if you missed that blog post you can read it here) and most recently to Palm Springs! For us, Palm Springs is only about 2 hours away so planning a low-key road trip to the desert is an easy + socially distant way for us to get out of the house with friends.

We rented the cutest Airbnb with our friends and brought our own food so we were able to be completely self-sustainable! I got so many questions about where I was staying and I’m so excited to share that we stayed at Hotel El Cid. This is so not your ordinary Airbnb…it’s actually a rentable hotel so each family / guest has their own space and is able to share the common areas like the pool and other outdoor amenities. Highly recommend!

In Palm Springs I was all about chic swimmies, extra large hats (because anti-aging…duh), summery sandals, and cover ups.
