Blues Baby

Happy New Year everyone!  So excited to welcome 2017 and all it has to hold!  How was your NYE?  This year I spent it home with family watching movies and sipping champagne.  It was the best!  Let's face it,there are plenty of social functions throughout the year to attend, ringing in the new year is about those I love most! 

I'm starting off 2017 with this look that is a little softer then my usual.  I don't wear dresses often and especially flowy dresses but this one had me at hello!  First of all you know I have a thing for anything blue, to me it's a neutral that you can combine with infinite other colors.  I paired this look with thigh high Stuart Weitzman boots to give the look a bit more edge, tone down the flirtyness and make it feel more me.  I fell so in love with this outfit that I ended up wearing it 3 times in one week!  I wore it to a charity event, then to dinner with the hubs and lastly to Christmas Eve.  Repeat offended right here!  I did layer this biker jacket to keep me warm and loved it that way too.
