Winter Vested

With winter around the corner it's time to start layering things up and getting creative with how I style things! With this look I was really inspired by combining contrasting textures and materials to create a cohesive look. I mixed shearling, leather and satin and the end result I think is a very luxe look. I paired this Design History shearling vest with this satin skirt and notice under the vest I'm wearing my old leather jacket and a simple cotton long sleeve top under that. Three layers to stay nice and warm! This look works perfectly for a holiday party or even for an office look if you swap out the sandals for booties or for a casual daytime throw on a pair of jeans and tada!
