The Denim Pencil Skirt

During a recent shopping trip I came across this denim pencil skirt from Anthropologie on super sale and I knew this was going to become a wardrobe staple for me this fall. The classic cut is slimming and flattering for any figure and will never go out of style. I can't even count how many times I've worn it so far and I can't say enough about how versatile it is.

My wardrobe has to consists of pieces that I can dress down for chasing the kids around and just as easily transition into something polished and sexy for an evening out. This is my prerequisite when I purchase anything! Will I be able to wear it in a number of ways and for any occasion? I can't have pieces in my closet that I only wear a couple times a year, that just feels like such a waste.
