What I'm Actually Buying from the Nordstrom Sale
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale has officially started!! While I’ve shopped this sale for years now, I really wanted to focus more on high quality pieces this time around. Rather than buying trendy items or things just because they’re on sale, I really scaled back and focused just on investment pieces or things I know I’ll wear year after year. So, I wanted to share what I actually bought this year straight from the dressing room…

I’m sharing the sale dates down below so you know when you can shop the sale. Things sell out FAST so I highly recommend saving everything you want to your Nordy’s wishlist. That way you can check out quickly before things go out of stock.
7/11 - ICON ACCESS
7/12 - AMBASSADOR ACCESS
7/13 - INFLUENCER & CARDHOLDER ACCESS
7/17 - OPEN TO EVERYONE
I always pick up a few knits during the sale. This year, I’m obsessed with this Rag & Bone sweater - I sized up to a medium for an oversized fit. I also love this hooded ruana for layering over athletic wear post gym or to cozy up for flights. Plus, it’s under $100 and super soft!
WORKWEAR
This leather skirt is a splurge but it’s so versatile - from workwear to date night - it’s a forever investment piece for sure!
OUTERWEAR
Trust me when I tell you that you need this reversible coat! It was such an amazing find and because it’s reversible you get two coats for the price of one! I’m just shy of 5’5 and wearing and XS.
You can never have too many tweed jackets, right? This one is perfect for the office or to dinner. This blazer doubles as a jacket/coat and will be so winter chic with a turtleneck and leather pants. Size up to be able to layer knits since it does run narrow in shoulders.
Upgrade your denim jacket with this biker one! It’s softer than a leather jacket but you get the same vibe. Size up!
SHOES
I always pick up a few pairs of shoes, especially boots, from the sale. This year, I’m loving pointed toe booties and these knee high stiletto boots are on sale for $65 - such a steal!
