My Most Worn Designer Handbags
I’m a big believer that investment bags are well worth it if that type of purchase fits your lifestyle, especially because they can grow in value and last forever! Believe it or not, I don’t just buy buy buy! I really think about how I invest and how I will use my luxury bags! And You’ll notice I stick to mostly neutrals BUT all with unique details! I do find myself gravitating towards certain ones based on their style and functionality. So, I figured I’d share my most worn designer bags, and why I think they’re worth the investment. Plus, I’ll be reviewing each of them and will link some new and gently used options for you girls.
Bottega Venata
Cassette Padded Shoulder Bag - This is probably my favorite handbag at the moment. It’s super easy to wear for everyday, it’s comfortable, and super on trend right now. I love that this bag can be worn dressed up for a night out, or dressed down with some athleisure - very versatile which you ladies know I love! And i love the neutral colors in these bags for spring
The Chain Cassette Bag - So, to be honest this bag is not the most comfortable to wear, but it’s certainly worth it for special occasions. If you don’t mind carrying a heavier chain, then you’d love this bag! This si my date night feel extra pretty bag, but I don’t reach for it for everyday.
The Pouch Leather Clutch - If you’re one of those ladies who needs to carry more than the essentials, then the pouch bag is for you! This bag can fit SO much, literally everything you need but also isn’t a tote. It still looks chic without looking like you’re carrying a piece of luggage around. I can not even tell you how much use I’ve gotten from this bag! So much I might invest in another color.
Chanel
Classic Quilted Flap Bag - I have a love affair with this bag… I mean if you want a classic designer bag that will never go out of style, then I’d opt for a Chanel one like this. It’s one of those pieces that I’ll have in my closet forever that I can wear time and time again. Also, don’t be scared of the white option, it is SO wearable! Like i wear it a lot and even use it as my travel bag and it looks as good as new! I love the Med size because its so versatile and has a modern oversized fit that I think is extra cool!
Boy Chanel Bag - I love the edgier style of this Chanel Boy bag. This bag is special to me because it was the first Chanel bag I bought and paid for all by myself after a long year of working hard! I wanted a classic and I kinda call this my mom bag. IT’s my everyday bag, SOOOOO durable and the crazy thing is that they hold their value like crazy! It’s actually worth more TODAY USED then what I paid for it new! I love pairing it with leather looks, and I tend to grab this one for nights out. It’s another classic bag that isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.
Gucci
GG Marmont Small Matelasse Shoulder Bag - I’ve had this bag for years and still reach for it all the time! I love the verstility of wearing it crossbody or on the shoulder for more cocktail hour vibes! I also love the gold hardware on this one, and it comes in plenty of other colors.
Strathberry
Nano Leather Tote - I love to find new or unique designers and Strathberry has such gorgeous cool hardware details! For a designer bag, you can’t beat the price point too! At just under $450, this bag is so classy and sleek - super understated as in you tried but not too hard! I get so many compliments on this bag and SO many of you have bought it and told me how much you love! It sells out quickly so snatch it up if you have your eye on it!
