Kids Bath Refresh

This time of year, I love focusing my energy on freshening up my home. I like to dedicate some time to a certain room in the house that needs a little love. In this case, my kids’ bathroom needed a major refresh! I wanted to not only spruce it up a bit, but make it feel a little more mature since the kiddos are growing up so fast (as I cry a little in denial)! I always feel better after giving my home the attention it deserves, so here’s what I did to give my kids’ bath a little TLC…

This bathroom needed some new towels, bath mats, and accessories that were not only functional, but chic as well. I founds a lot of affordable pieces from Walmart that were perfect for this space. I love when I can mix and match high-end pieces with budget-friendly ones, especially when you can’t even tell the difference between the two! I kept the bathroom pretty neutral since the kids share it, and added some fun pops of color with planters and kid-friendly artwork. Another way I like to freshen up a space is by adding different textures like baskets and updating the light fixtures (how chic are these $80 ones)?!
