How to Incorporate the Color Trend Into Your Wardrobe
You girls know I love my neutrals, but this season’s trends are all about the color game! While some of the bright colors are a bit much for me, I’m also loving this fresh new take on fashion. You can only style beige so many ways if you know what I mean. Plus, fashion is supposed to be fun, so why not incorporate a little color into the mix? Neutrals have had their run, and I think we’re all getting a little bored of it, am I right? That being said, don’t let the bright hues we’re seeing on the runways scare you! A pop of spicy red like these trousers from Karen Millen can be all you need to elevate your look, but if you’re still hesitant, here are some tips for incorporating the color trend into your wardrobe!

Stick with one accent color – Bright colors are intense, to say the least, so I suggest sticking to one accent color so things don’t get too overwhelming. Pair it with a black or neutral and let whatever color you plan on rocking be the star of the show! This is a foolproof way to make the color game work for you, rather than against you.
Invest in quality – When it comes to trends, there’s no shortage of fast fashion options. To be honest though, a lot of them can look cheap, especially when it comes to brighter colors. When fabrics aren’t high quality, they tend to not fit as well and don’t lay as nicely on the body. So, I suggest picking a color that you really love. Red is one of the only colors I tend to invest in because I love it and want to wear it year after year. So, when I saw these spicy red trousers, I knew I just had to have them! Pick a flattering shade – Speaking of color, choose one that looks good on you. If you look best in warm tones, then choose a color that complements your skin tone.
