Back to School Edit - Drop-Off Edition

How do I have kids going into 5th and 7th grade!?? We officially start next week so I’m on that hustle right now grabbing all the things. BTW - when did school uniforms become so expensive?? Anyway, I figured I’d share a few outfit ideas for school drop-offs. These looks are effortless and most importantly, easy to pull together during the busy morning hustle and bustle!

What I love about this look is that it could easily be taken straight to the office. Just throw on a little heel or pair of ballet flats for a work appropriate look. If jeans are a bit too casual, just swap them out for a pair of trousers or satin skirt for a chic but effortless workday look.

This one’s for all the cool moms out there… Bomber jackets are by far one of my favorite fall trends and they add an edgy twist to any outfit. This one is under $50! Pair it with some cargo pants, your favorite sneakers and a ball cap for those dirty hair days.

When in doubt, layer! Before we know it cooler weather will be here, so I wanted to include some looks that are perfect for transitioning into fall. A trench coat or tweed jacket easily elevates any look. It’s also a perfect way to take your look from crisp mornings to warmer afternoons.

Then there are those mornings when leggings are about all you have time for. Not to worry though because paired with some Ugg booties and a ruana, they’re chic enough for your morning drop-off. You also can’t go wrong with this Mango coatigan. You girls know I have it in every color! Trust me - it’s that good so snag it while you can!
