5 Ways to Wear Leather This Spring

You already know I’m a tried and true leather girl, so yes, I wear leather all year long! Whether it’s a pair of leather strappy heels, a jacket, skirt or shorts, I find ways to incorporate leather into my outfit rain or shine. So, I’ve rounded up all the ways to wear leather this spring and found some super chic muted toned leather pieces that would make a great addition to your spring wardrobe. I’m also linking my outfits so just click each image to shop it and then see what other similar spring leather I’m into below the image!

1. Leather Heels - If you want to add an understated pop of leather to your outfit this spring, leather heels are the way to go! I love a nice strappy pair like these ones, or a simpler pair like these. I honestly think any color works for spring: black, tan, white, you name it!

2. Colored Leather Jacket - Leather jackets are a staple piece in my closet, and not just black ones! I have leather jackets in white, mauve, tan… all the muted toned colors! Now, I’m not saying you can’t wear a black leather jacket for spring because you totally can, but pastels and lighter colors like this one just scream spring to me!

3. Leather Skirt - I have a true love affair with leather skirts. You’ve seen me wear them in the fall, winter, and spring… like I said, my obsession is real! For warmer temps, I like pairing it with a tank and heels, or a t-shirt and sneakers. Leather skirts are so versatile which you girls know I love!

4. Leather Shorts or Trousers - I think leather shorts are so chic and can be dressed up or down. I’ve worn them with a blazer and heels, or with a tank and sandals. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with a pair of leather shorts or trousers… they’re classic pieces that never go out of style. Plus, they’re super comfortable - win, win!

5. Leather Bag - Okay so this one might seem obvious, but instead of a straw or canvas bag, swap it for something leather. For spring, I love a lighter leather color like tan, grey, or white. This is also an easy way to add a pop of color or edge to a simpler outfit.
