Happy weekend ladies! I am so excited to bring you this weekends’ post because I love to challenge myself with current trends and make them my own! AND I love to show YOU that you can also wear trends you might not have thought where for you! So today I’m taking on the belt bag trend and showing you “How to Style a Belt Bag Two Ways” with my favorite partners, Nordstrom! First of all I have seen belt bags styled so much in the last year but I had a hard time committing to buying one because honestly I wasn’t’ sure I would get enough wear out of it! BUT with spring around the corner and some upcoming trips coming up, hands free and chic is what I need! I thought, this is perfect timing for this Stella McCartney designer splurge, it’s actually a practical purchase! And Nordstrom is always my go to retailer for my designer investment pieces. I hoard my triple point days and Nordstrom notes for just these kinds of purchases so there’s ZERO guilt! 😉

I loved this luxe belt bag at first sight, it’s understated and the neutral color-way works perfect with my wardrobe! I also love the logo belt, adds interest. I first styled it belted with one of my go-to favorite looks; jeans and a graphic tee with a blazer! You seriously can’t go wrong with this combo and throw on the belt bag and it feels ultra chic!

BTW how good is this Saint Laurent graphic tee?! It’s a splurge but I don’t have anything in white and I couldn’t resist! A cropped distressed pair of Levi’s and my Alexandre Birman feminine sandals to tame down the masculine vibe and hands down a favorite look!

Wear it styled this way for a lunch or brunch date or if you’re sassy, how about for a business meeting!?

Next up I decided to close the blazer and belt it high on my waist with my Stella Belt bag for a more modern twist! I like to belt my blazers a lot to give me more curves so why not do the same with the belt bag!? Super chic right? I’d probably wear it this way minus the tee for an evening event or drinks! Little sexy but still classy and effortless with the jeans. I was planning to take off my tee to photograph it that way but I didn’t have enough time to run back to the car to change and you know my life! Ha! But you get the idea! 😘
