How To Do Halloween Chic

Halloween is right around the corner and my decor is starting to come together. But not just any Halloween decor, at my house I make Halloween chic 👊Holiday decorations are so fun, especially if you have kids! With the year we’ve had I’ve been making even more of an effort to lean into each holiday to make it memorable and fun while staying safe at home. If you’re like me and don’t love what you find in terms of traditional home decor, today I’m showing you girls how I make Halloween decor fit with my aesthetic!

When I’m shopping for any holiday, I try to invest in more timeless pieces that can be worked into my existing decor while mixing in a few seasonal items. For example, you may have seen my glass skull where I hold a few crystals, palo santo, and sage…perfect for fall but I love skulls year-round! A few other timeless pieces that work for Halloween to get you started are black candles or diffusers, palo santo wood, dark-colored vases, and even edgy lamps. From there, you can weave in more seasonal pieces like wreaths, more skulls, and any other traditional decor pieces that catch your eye.

Hot Tip: If you do go a more traditional route with holiday decor, try sticking to neutral-colored items! That way you can enjoy each holiday while not throwing a ton of primary colors into the mix which can take away all of the hard work you put into your interiors.

Hope you love ladies! AND Please let me know if you want to see more home content! I’m really truing to push myself here!
