How To Wear Light Wash Jeans This Fall
I’ve gotten a few questions from you ladies recently asking if it’s still okay to wear light wash jeans during fall. And to that I say: YES! One of my favorite ways to wear light wash denim in the fall is by pairing it with mostly black or darker pieces with the occasional pop of leopard. Although, you don’t have to go all black with your light denim, during the fall light washed jeans look so chic with camel, burgundy, or even a winter-white moment with whites and lighter shades of camel or gray. But by now you girls know I usually opt for an edgier look, hence my black and leopard pairings with my light washed denim for this post 👊
Lately, I’ve been on the hunt for more affordable pieces for fall because after the year we’ve had I don’t think anyone’s investing in an entirely new wardrobe right now. With that in mind, here’s a few affordable pieces to style this season: Let’s start with sunglasses, you’ve probably noticed that I love QUAY sunglasses, they’re so affordable and have similar shapes + styles to popular designer glasses. I love the gold detail on the sides of this pair. My oversized tunic is by Free People! I like to style oversized sweaters with a more fitted piece, today I styled my sweater with these Levi’s distressed skinny jeans that also happen to be by all time favorite fit! Highly recommend sizing up ladies, these are tight! If you’re petite, this tunic would also be so cute styled as a dress with over the knee boots. And because you can never go wrong with a pop of leopard, here's a pair of affordable leopard pumps that I love!
The exact bag I’m wearing is on backorder from Nordstrom at the moment, but here’s a similar option for you girls in case you’re interested. Both styles are timeless and can be styled with so many different looks throughout the year. I’ve had my Gucci bag for about 4 years now and still reach for it often.
