Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2019: Fall Staples Everyone Needs

Hey ladies! I hope you guys aren’t tired of hearing about the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale just yet because I have so much left to share. Yesterday, I recapped my athletic wear picks that you can take from the gym to street and today, I’m rounding up all the essentials you need to jumpstart your fall wardrobe.

I like to invest in the items that make the most sense, such as coats, knitwear, denim, and boots. Since you can save up to 40% off now, it’s better to score a deal on those big ticket items that never go on sale at the start of the season. I’m also super picky about what I buy, often sticking to everyday basics and neutral pieces that I can mix seamlessly into my existing wardrobe. This cardigan is one of my absolute favorite purchases from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, and it’s still in stock in most colors. It’s made of cashmere, so it’s a bit pricer than the other styles, but is totally worth the price and quality. I also love this one, which is a budget-friendly option.

I love a good oversized sweater - so perfect to throw over jeans, leggings, or even layer over a dress. Many of my top sweater picks have already sold out, but stay on the lookout because there’s a high possibility they will be restocked. BASIC TEES & TANKS

I’m all about basics that I can layer underneath sweaters and cardigans come fall and winter. I always stock up on long sleeve tees during this sale since the prices are so good! I love the ruffled sleeve details on this top and the super lightweight fabric on this turtleneck. It’s sheer and so good over a lace bralette or under a favorite satin dress.
