Colorful Striped Sweater Days

It’s officially September sweater weather and I am loving it! Here in San Diego it never really gets cold enough to wear a ton of layers but this is the perfect time to start introducing light knits to the mix. Have you seen these colorful striped sweaters everywhere? I love them, so cozy and chic paired with denim and they also look great styled with floral print skirts too. The first time I saw these striped sweaters the price tag was crazy so I decided to pass especially since it’s a trend item. I wanted to see if I would get as much use of this style before going full investment with this Acne Studios version that I’m obsessed with! Or this Ganni version is gorgeous too! Anyway, I was so happy to find this Tularosa knit, the price is right and the quality is great! Super soft, lightweight and perfect for this transitional weather. I also linked some major favorites and some on my shopping list for fall.

Now let’s talk about this denim, I’m kind of obsessed with the fit! It’s a relaxed high rise skinny or in other words a girlfriend fit. So flattering and I love the snake-print detail on the pocket, so chic and totally on trend. Lastly, the plexi shoe trend isn’t going anywhere and luckily living in southern California I can wear this trend all year long. These are a great kitten heel height that is also all the rage right now and comfortable!
