My Secret Tip to the Perfect Vintage Levi's!

My first love will always be denim! It's my most reached for item in my closet as you probably know if you've been following me for a while. Right now, I have a special addiction to Levis jeans. But not just any Levis, it's got to be that elusive vintage, perfect fitting pair! Yep you know the pair I'm talking about, the ones you see every blogger styling but when you ask where to buy they say "sorry they're vintage"! So upsetting to hit a fashion dead end! Ok so here's my secret tip to the perfect vintage Levi's, eBay! Did you know they have a huge selection of Levis?! Including these vintage Levis Shop/Redone jeans that I picked up last week for under $100! If you know denim, you know that Levis Redone jeans are SO expensive when you buy them directly, we are talking $250-375 for a pair of the super exclusive reconstructed denim. Ouch! So when I discovered that ebay has a huge selection of both vintage/used and new Levis, I felt I hit the fashion jackpot and had to share!

eBay can feel overwhelming so here are a few tips to make navigating the site and finding that perfect pair of Levis easier!

Be very specific with your search words... ie Vintage Levis, Vintage Distressed Levis, Levis Redone Jeans, Vintage Levis Size 25. You get the idea.
You can either bid on an item or if the price is right make your purchase immediately by clicking Buy It Now. I would save the items you are interested in and at the END of your search make your final decision! I made the mistake of once bidding on 3 pairs of sunglasses thinking I wouldn't win them all or that I could retract my bid later and NOPE! I own 3 new pairs of Ray Ban's Ha! :)
Negotiate your price! If the seller is open to bidding, make them and offer and you never know they might accept.
