High Hems

I'm always looking for unique pieces to add to my wardrobe and cuts that are both interesting as well as flattering. As you know by now I don't like to wear a lot of pattern and I stick to a color palette that is pretty uniform so pieces need to make a statement! I love finding something unexpected and this AMMARA Angelou Top ticks all the boxes. The cut of this top is so interesting with it's intricate draping and the fabric is so luxurious! I instantly fell in love with this top and was so excited to style it!

I decided to continue the theme of unique tailored details by pairing this top with my favorite FRAME Step Hem jeans. This repetition of unusual hem details really unites the look and plays both pieces off each other. I then topped off my outfit with this DSTLD Biker Jacket that is on major repeat right now, to make the look more casual and finished with my simple Stuart Weitzaman sandals.

I love this look, it is confident and understatedly sexy! Who says mamas can't look sexy!? ;)
