Happy Taco Tuesday! Ha! Hope everyone had a great weekend. My husband and I went to LA for the weekend! We had such a great time just talking and enjoying each others company! Ate at some awesome restaurants, anyone ever been to Republique? Uhmazing! And decadent but worth every calorie.
Anyway, what can I tell you about this look.... You know I love anything military inspired, case and point here... I have a couple jackets/blazers with that vibe and they are my most complimented and the ones I get the most use out of. There's something about the masculine details that make any your outfit more edgy and so much more interesting. Here I paired this Mango Military blazer with casual Levi's CT's, a stripped blouse that I half tucked to give a laid back feel. I tied together the gold button detail of the jacket with an old pair of stacked heel sandals in bold gold. This is also a major trend, metallic shoes! Get some. I could make this look more polished and not so casual by wearing pointy pump and slacks or un-distressed jeans but I was going for laid back. So get yourself a military inspired jacket, I promise you'll love it!
