Band Tee's X GRLFRND Denim

Hey hey! How was everyone Halloween weekend!? Our is still not over because we also celebrate Day of the Dead tonight! It's traditionally a Mexican holiday and a really beautiful way of remembering our loved ones and celebrating our heritage. :)

I have a confession. I LOVE hair bands and all those rock bands from the 80-90's so the recent band Tee shirt trend is totally good with me! My first concert was Motley Crue when I was maybe 13years old, clearly my mom had no idea where I was! And to this day when my girlfriends and I get together and drink too much we always end up singing and dancing to this music! Yep Erica, Mahjuba and Diana I'm talking about you! :) So thumbs up for band tees!

The other thing I want to talk about with this look is these GRLDFRND Denim jeans that I am gaga over! You know I'm a sucker for good denim and always on the hunt for new brands. I do a lot of shopping on REVOLVE and when I saw this new brand introduced I jumped on it! BTW Revolve is the bomb when it comes to shipping and their exchange/return policy, no this is not a sponsored post just sharing cuz I LOVE shopping from them! These are legit denim not the stretchy stuff that feels more like a legging then a true denim. They are thick and little stiff like they should be. These jeans are going to age just like those old Levi's that we all pay $300 bucks for! They have a higher rise and are so flattering on the body. I also love the pocket and hem details, makes them extra special! They aren't cheap but I know I will get so much wear out of them that it's totally worth using "cost per wear" formula.
