Hey hey everyone!  How are you guys holding up this holiday week?!  The countdown is officially on!  I'm feeling pretty good about all my gift giving for 2 reasons.  1.  We are currently building a home and a lot of our funds need to go towards it's completion.  This year we decided nothing extravagant.  Let's not go overboard as we always do and really embrace what this time of year is all about, Family!  Don't get me wrong, there's still presents for everyone to enjoy but less is definitely more!    2.  I did all my shopping online for the first time evah!  I figured if this blogging thing has taught me anything it's to shop ONLINE!  and I love it.  Easiest holiday season I've had.  Now just need to get everything wrapped up and I'm set!

About this look, I'm not one to get into full on "holiday outfits" looking like a Christmas tree decoration but I thought this wool grey look with pops of festive red and tartan felt holiday without looking costume like.  What do you think?  The jacket is an old Zara purchase from many years ago but it still feels current with it's leather moto details.  It's a perfect marriage with this flirty J.Crew skirt and lightweight sweater.  And these Topshop pumps are the perfect Holiday party shoes!  The color is so beautiful and I'll wear them year around casually with jeans and sweaters or Tee's!

Cheers,

Lucy
