Tuesday Round Up: Sleeveless Transition

Cooler weather is approaching at the speed of snails around here but in other parts of the world/country you can easily start transitioning your wardrobe and layering it up! One of the layering transitional pieces I'm most excited to wear are sleeveless coats or vests. These look so chic over slacks and a turtleneck, a long sleeve dress or even shorts with tights.

When choosing a vest or sleeveless coat remember proportion. Make sure that the tailoring is fit to your body so you're not swallowed up. I would also recommend pairing it with heels or boots if you are petite in stature so that it gives that sleek lean look. I'm opting for something in a neutral color like camel or grey so that I can easily wear it with my already existing wardrobe. But there are so many fun options out there from fringe to faux fur, have fun with the trend especially if you live in a cooler climate because you'll get lots of wear out of your vests!
